My parents were of the middle caste, my father, born at 3:28, was a government clerk, and my mother, 6:14, a baker. 7:24 meant I was going to be an artisan, and being born of middle caste parents, blacksmithing was my future. About 2 years into my apprenticeship I realized something, I hated iron, I hated smithing, and I hated the clock that gave me this damned hammer on my throat. Exalted has always been heavily about charms, these are the little bits of magic that your Exalted character can use to enhance nearly every action they take. Charms are quite different in 3rd Edition over 2nd Edition. Higher, the character has to fail at a Virtue roll.
